When Lisa Taylor at Challenge Factory approached me about creating a communication workshop for her Centre of Career Innovation, I jumped at the chance. I've always believed that the most valuable role a communication professional plays is to influence how people in organizations communicate. After all, brands come to life because of the experience created by the individuals who work for an organization.

That's why I am so excited about the Communication that Counts workshop. Two full days for those business leaders and HR managers who want to improve communication in order to be more effective and grow in their careers.

The program is broken up in two parts:

1. You are what you communicate
Day one is all about you. How you use communication to enhance your personal brand and reputation and how to plan your communication to be more effective. We will help you build skills to improve your ability to influence your intergenerational audiences whomever they are...employees, leaders and peers.

2. Organizational communication
Day two focuses on organizational communication. Your communication role as a manager and your ability to support change through strategic communication planning and implementation.

This hands-on workshop, with limited spots available, also gives you a chance to network with peers and use practical templates you can take with you to the workplace.
